Passenger Weights:

The distribution of weight is essential to the safety and design of all aircraft. The seat weight limit is 300lbs as required by the manufacturer. We will ask your estimated weight and height at the time of your reservation and you will be verified at check in. This is done in a discreet manner. Please be advised that should weights increase at the time of check-in and we are unable to provide a safe weight and balance, one passenger will be removed from the flight but still be responsible for payment of the seat reserved. The Pilot-In-Command will make adjustments to passenger configuration as needed and has the final decision for passenger weight and balance.

Identification:

Upon boarding an aircraft and/or beginning flight training, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires each passenger or student to provide a government issued photo ID (valid passport, valid state ID, or state issued driver license with photo). Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Refunds & Rescheduling:

Refunds will be determined by FLX Helicopters management. We request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your reservation. Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours notice or no shows will pay 100% for their booking.
Weather is always a significant factor when flying. The Pilot-In-Command is the final authority on who will determine if the flight can be completed safely. We will do our best to reschedule your flight due to any and all unforeseen circumstances. A 100% refund will be issued should FLX Helicopters cancel your flight for weather or maintenance.

Insurance & Liability:

All FLX Helicopters passengers/students must sign a Liability Release and Assumption of Risk form before boarding our aircraft. When reserving a flight, all parties assume and understand they are entering a flight activity with inherent risks and will hold FLX Helicopters, LLC, it agents and members harmless from any and all responsibility, negligence, actions, or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, for loss or damage to property or personal injuries sustained during this activity.
